Prize Draw Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promoter

1. The promoter for this prize draw is Divi Labs Ltd of Edificio Davivienda Piso 1, Meridiano Business Center, San Rafael, Escazu, San Jose, Costa Rica 10203.

2. By entering this prize draw each entrant accepts these terms and conditions.

Who can enter

1. This promotion is not open to residents of China, Egypt, Iraq, Qatar, Oman, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Bangladesh. The entrants need to be at least 18 years old.

2. Employees of the promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw, and their close family members, aren’t eligible to enter this promotion.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. No automated, bulk or third party entries are permitted.

The prize

1. The prizes consist of the below list of prizes for the two competitions on Twitter @Diviwallet and Instagram @DiviWallet (click on corresponding link for each account).

   1. Twitter

      1. 5x individual prizes of Official Football t-shirt from a LaLiga team your choice + Official LaLiga Football

      2. 1x Grand prize: $1k of Divi dropped into your Divi Wallet account

   2. Instagram

      1. Grand Prize: Tickets to a LaLiga match for two + flights and accommodation

      2. 3x individual prizes of Official Football t-shirt from a LaLiga team your choice + Official LaLiga Football

2. Only one winner per household.

3. No cash alternative to the prize will be provided. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.

4. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

How to enter

1. To enter the prize draw you must answer correctly to our questions on Twitter / do the challenge put forward on Instagram, follow the respective Divi Wallet Twitter / Instagram pages.

2. For the respective grand prizes (on both Divi Wallet Instagram and Twitter handles) the entrants need to download the Divi Wallet app and follow our Twitter or Instagram handles (relevant to platform where they take part). 

3. The prize draw will be open for entries for the duration of ElClasico match on the 20th of March 2022 starting at 9pm CET(Madrid time)/Midnight GST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted by the promoter.

4. Any entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions and any entry containing false, misleading or incomplete information may be excluded from the prize draw.

Winner selection

1. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

2. The winners will be notified via social media (Either Twitter or Instagram based on where they enter the competition) by Sunday 27th March and given details of how to claim their prize.

3. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, but if the promoter is unable to contact any winner by Sunday 03rd of April, the promoter may at its discretion disqualify that winner and choose an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries subject to the same terms and conditions.

Prize redemption and restrictions

1. Each winner must claim the prize by Sunday 03rd of April.

2. The prize will be sent by post to the winners at the address provided upon contact, but the promoter is unable to guarantee exact delivery times and will be dependent on the postal delivery service and their schedules.

3. If any winner does not take up the prize for any by Sunday 27th March the promoter reserves the right to award the relevant prize to another entrant chosen at random from the remaining valid entries, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of that prize.

Data protection and publicity

1. The winners are expected to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw as reasonably requested by the promoter.

2. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read the terms of the promoter’s privacy policy from time to time at https://diviwallet.com/privacy (the “Privacy Policy”) which sets out the terms on which the promoter processes any personal data collected from the entrant or provided by the entrant. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that all data provided by them is accurate.

3. By entering the prize draw, entrants understand that their personal details may be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and awarding the prizes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. By entering the prize draw, an entrant agrees that, subject to obtaining his or her valid consent, his or her personal details may also be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of receiving marketing materials regarding the promoter’s products and services that may be of interest from time to time. If you do not wish to receive marketing you should make this preference clear when asked for your consent. If in the future you wish to opt out of receiving any marketing materials from the promoter, you may either click on the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication itself, or contact the promoter directly using the contact details provided at the top of these terms and conditions.

5. Subject to the winner objecting…

• the winners’ names and counties may be published by the promoter on the promoter’s website and may also be published on social media channels (if the winners give consent); and

• the names and countries of the winners will be available for 6 weeks after the winners are notified on the promoter’s website at https://diviwallet.com/ should it be required

1. The winners have the right to object to the use of their details in any publicity at the time of notification that they have won a prize.

Liability

1. The promoter accepts no liability for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged in transit or cannot be delivered for any reason. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of the promoter’s receipt.

2. The promoter accepts no liability for any costs associated with any prize.

3. The promoter gives no representations or warranties about the quality or suitability of any prize.

4. Except for liability for death and personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence and any other liability which cannot be excluded by law, the promoter will not be liable for any loss, expense, liability or damage which is incurred (whether or not arising from negligence) in connection with entering this prize draw or accepting or using any prize.

5. The promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to the prize draw where that failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, industrial action, war, political unrest, riots or changes of law).

General

1. If events beyond the promoter’s reasonable control make this promotion or the awarding of any of any prize impossible, the promoter may in its discretion vary or amend the promotion accordingly.

2. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this prize draw for reasons outside its reasonable control or any technical or other difficulties which might compromise its integrity, with no liability to any entrants or their guests/travelling companions

3. The promoter’s decision on any aspect of this prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. This prize draw and its terms are governed by Costa Rica law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Costa Rican courts.
